It gives me great pleasure to write this letter to express our gratitude to the engineer who visited our house on 2nd September. My wife said that Mr. Bradley was very helpful, explained what he had done and advised her how to avoid the problems in the future.  At a time when no one seems to have any pride in their work, it is a pleasure to be able to write and thank someone who has.
